ViralLab – Privacy Policy & Terms of Service
Last updated: 21 October 2026 · Contact: hoangtinh051094@gmail.com
1. What ViralLab is
ViralLab is a private, internal desktop tool operated by Memon (Vietnam). It runs locally on our own computer and is used only by our team to add Vietnamese subtitles and voice-over to short videos and to upload them to our own YouTube channel, Capy Lulu VN (@capyluluvn). It is not offered to the public, and no outside users can sign in.
2. Data we access
ViralLab uses YouTube API Services. With the channel owner's permission (Google OAuth), it requests only these scopes:
- youtube.upload: to upload our finished videos to our own channel and set their title, description, tags, and scheduled publish time.
- youtube.readonly: to confirm which channel is connected.
We do not access, collect, or store data about any other YouTube user or channel.
3. How data is stored and shared
The OAuth token for our own channel is stored only on our local computer. It is never sent to any server other than Google's, never sold, and never shared with third parties. Video files and their subtitles stay on the same computer.
4. Revoking access and deleting data
The channel owner can revoke ViralLab's access at any time at Google Account › Third-party apps & services. When access is revoked, we delete the stored token from our computer. To ask about or delete any data, email hoangtinh051094@gmail.com.
5. YouTube and Google
By using ViralLab you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
6. Content rights
We upload only our own content, or content we have permission from the original creator to use. The source and permission for each video are recorded in the tool, and the original creator is credited in the video description.
7. Changes
We may update this page. The date at the top shows the latest version.
